God in the Machine in NYC

It seems like there's been tons of marionette films coming out over the past twelve months...you can catch a screening of one of the oddest ones, God in the Machine, as part of Ghoulish Times: Life, Love, Loss, Lust October 25th at New York City's Pioneer Theatre.
Directed by Kathleen Harty, God in the Machine uses a mixture of "actors, puppets, Photoshop, video, doll furniture from E-bay and the extremely cool puppets of Scott Radke" to tell the story of a woman named Danna who's life deteriorates when she contracts an illness that prevents her from having sex. Told using a combination of marionettes and live actors, there's not another puppet film out there quite like it.
